This position is 5+ days per week, most weekends. You are accountable for everything that happens within your store.
Requirements
- Great positive attitude
- High Energy
- Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience LEADING people
- 18+ years of age
- Good driving record
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good background check
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Must reside near store location
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store.
- Ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team.
- Lead by example.
- Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
- Accountable for everything that happens within your store. Whether People, Operations, Sales, or Profits
