About The Position

This part-time, hourly position is for future managers, specifically an Assistant Manager, who will serve as the second in command of a million-dollar business. The role involves overseeing all aspects of a shift, being accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits, and ensuring team safety, training, and culture. Training is provided for those without prior management or pizza-making experience. The company emphasizes leading by example and strict adherence to policies and procedures. This role offers significant work experience and opportunities for advancement within Domino's.

  • Currently residing near store location

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of your shift.
  • Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team.
  • Lead by example, as your team will follow every example you give.
  • Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
  • Help at other locations near to your chosen location (if asked).
