About The Position

Welcome to Paradise Pizza Inc, d.ba. Domino's, a locally owned and operated company near the beautiful emerald coast in the panhandle of Florida. This position is for future managers, specifically an Assistant Manager role, where you will be the second in command of a million-dollar business with the potential to grow into a General Manager or even a franchisee. It's a part-time, hourly position that requires judgment, leadership, math skills, and the ability to multitask. The company emphasizes that they will provide training for those without prior management or pizza-making experience. You will oversee all aspects of your shift, ensuring team safety, training, and culture, and leading by example while adhering to all policies and procedures. You may also be asked to assist at other nearby locations.

• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use Outlook / Email services
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Currently residing near store location

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of your shift
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Lead by example
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Help at other locations near to your chosen location (if asked)
• Be accountable for everything that happens within your shift, including People, Operations, Sales, or Profits
