About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training). Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They set the tone and example for the store and oversee store operations while ensuring customers receive accurate, courteous service and products are prepared consistently and according to company standards.

Requirements

Experience leading a team; the role involves managing a staff of 3 to 30 people during a shift.
Strong attitude and motivational skills to help the team work effectively and foster a positive workplace.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical ability to stand, lift, carry, push, bend, squat, reach, perform various hand tasks, and properly use machines, tools, or equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
Be responsible for all store operations during the shift.
Greet customers and take orders, including by phone.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare products quickly and accurately while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Uniform and Grooming Standards.
Control costs, inventory, and cash, and manage customer relations.
