DCM, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for a part-time position to support a high-profile campaign for Manhattan Theatre Club. Requirements

  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Calling experience.
  • Sales and/or fundraising experience preferred.
  • Understanding of the telemarketing and telefundraising process.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Sales & goal-oriented.

  • Computer literacy, including ability to use Microsoft Windows Office software (Word & Excel).
  • Ability to learn and utilize DCM’s database for reporting and data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting and supervising designated campaign shifts in person and remotely.
  • Maximizing campaign revenue by encouraging and motivating calling staff.
  • Completing administrative duties associated with the campaign.
  • Following directions from the Campaign Manager and DCM home office staff.
  • Complying with DCM’s policies and procedures.
  • Providing feedback to DCM staff.
  • Assisting with or assuming the responsibilities of the Campaign Manager during shifts or absences.
  • Supervising and assisting campaign calling staff during designated shifts, including preparing the office, taking attendance, lead distribution, coaching, motivating, enforcing rules, checking transactions, tracking revenue, and closing the shift.
  • Assisting in hiring, training, and/or disciplining calling staff personnel.
  • Producing timely and accurate campaign reports, including data entry into DCM’s internal database CenterStage.
  • Assisting with providing accurate transactions to the client’s box office and/or development office.
  • Assisting with the data entry of employee information, attendance, sales, gift data, and lead resolutions into CenterStage.
  • Assisting with the completion and organization of new hire paperwork.
  • Performing a variety of additional duties related to the campaign as assigned.
