About The Position
Jack’s Companies is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. This role assists the Store Manager with staff leadership, training, sales growth, merchandising, and operational execution while maintaining company standards.

- Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store employees
- Support scheduling, training completion, and staff development
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve concerns professionally
- Monitor cash handling, inventory, shrink, and controllable expenses
- Implement promotions, merchandising standards, and vendor policies
- Ensure store cleanliness, food safety, and operational compliance
- Complete daily paperwork and reporting accurately and on time
