About The Position

We are looking for future managers who want to manage their future. This role is for individuals who naturally take charge and ensure tasks are completed. Domino's is hiring for Assistant Managers, who will be the second in command of a million-dollar business and have the opportunity to grow into the top leadership position. This is a tough job that requires natural leadership skills, judgment, math abilities, and the capacity to multitask. The company offers a fun and flexible work environment with valuable experience. This is a part-time, hourly position where you will oversee all aspects of your shift. Training will be provided for those new to managing people or making pizzas. You may be asked to assist at other nearby locations. This position requires availability 2-4 days per week, including some weekends. You will be accountable for all aspects of your shift, including People, Operations, Sales, and Profits, ensuring team safety, training, and culture. Leading by example is crucial, and adherence to all company policies and procedures is mandatory.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent

Must reside near store location
