About The Position

Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an hourly Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of a shift and help lead a store team. The Assistant Manager is second in command of a million-dollar business, with opportunities to grow into a store manager role. Prior management and pizza-making experience are not required; training is provided. The role is part-time, typically 2–4 shifts per week, including some weekends. Team members may be asked to help at other locations near their chosen location. The Assistant Manager is accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits during the shift, including team safety, training, and culture. They must lead by example and follow all policies and procedures while expecting the same from the crew.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Prior experience at Domino’s or prior experience leading people.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to use Outlook or email services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Must reside near the store location.
• Ability to use judgment, leadership, math, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the shift.

• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
• Lead by example and expect the crew to follow policies and procedures.
• Follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Help at other locations near the chosen location when asked.
