About The Position

Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, handling crucial aspects of store operations while learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day or more!. This includes: Leading and developing your team, Setting High standards for customer service, Maintaining High product quality standards. We offer unique paths for ambitious managers: Franchise Ownership: Our exclusive Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities, which sets us apart from the competition. Eligibility requires successfully managing a Domino's Pizza store for at least one year.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have valid U.S employment authorization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possessing the ability to train and develop a team.
  • Standing and Walking: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Lifting cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Carrying bulk items, such as pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds, and trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds per tray, three at a time).
  • Cases are lifted from the floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
  • Bending and Reaching: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
  • Reaching is performed continuously (up, down, and forward).
  • Occasionally crouch or squat to stock shelves and clean low areas.
  • Infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder for maintenance.
  • Pushing and pulling trays on dollies requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds.

  • Prior management experience is a plus.
  • Preferred restaurant experience.
  • Possesses motivational skills and enthusiasm.

  • Ensuring all store calls must be answered after the first ring.
