About The Position

This role is designed for individuals who want to build leadership experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will gain hands-on experience in event coordination, team leadership, marketing campaigns, community engagement, and nonprofit outreach while working alongside experienced managers and professionals. No prior management experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and leadership development to help you succeed.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in leadership, event management, marketing, nonprofit outreach, or business development.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college experience is a plus.
  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, events, fundraising, or team leadership is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating daily team operations and community outreach initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of nonprofit events, fundraising campaigns, and marketing programs.
  • Help train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve campaign goals.
  • Assist with event logistics, scheduling, setup, and onsite coordination.
  • Represent nonprofit partners and community organizations professionally.
  • Build relationships with community members, volunteers, and event attendees.
  • Track campaign performance and provide feedback to improve results.
  • Participate in leadership training focused on communication, coaching, and business development.
