About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the customer experience and helps shape a strong store culture for associates. As a store leader, this role nurtures relationships with both customers and associates, models the brand’s behaviors, and supports store operations and business results. The position is at the LOFT store in Jefferson Valley Mall, Yorktown Heights, New York.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Have strong business acumen and the ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

• 1+ year of retail management experience (preferred).
