About The Position

We are looking for natural leaders to join our team as Assistant Managers. This role offers the opportunity to earn more as you progress through different stages, learning how to become the best leader. Assistant Managers will receive weekly pay, management training, and opportunities to advance to Store Manager. We also offer flexible schedules and employee discounts.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team (managing 3 to 30 people during a shift).
• A clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
• Be responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including answering the phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Make fast, accurate, and consistent products according to recipes and procedures.
• Deliver products by vehicle safely and courteously.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
