About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring assistant managers for its locally owned stores in Ellijay, Blue Ridge, and Blairsville. Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They perform customer service representative and delivery driver duties while managing a shift team of 3 to 15 employees. This role requires a positive, motivating leader who is punctual, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and professional store environment. Openings are available for part-time or full-time work; employees must work at least three shifts per week and be available on weekends.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
At least 18 years old.
Punctuality and a positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
Availability to work at least three shifts per week, including weekends.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation.
Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Oversee all shift operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Perform the duties of customer service representatives and delivery drivers.
Manage 3 to 15 employees during scheduled shifts.
Greet customers and take orders.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Serve as a positive role model and motivate team members.
