About The Position

Wow 1st (DBA) is a locally owned and operated franchise that strives to bring a smile to everyone's face by serving the community with fresh, fast, and hot product. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operations during your shift, managing costs and profits, ensuring inventory is fresh, leading the team in delivering excellent customer service, building and mentoring the crew, managing documents, marketing, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will also operate all equipment, manage ingredient flow from delivery to storage, take phone orders efficiently, and track inventory.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Must be available 7 days a week with varying shifts.
