About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers. This role requires a natural leader with skills in judgment, math, and multitasking. You will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. This is a fun and flexible work environment with experience that will be valuable for a long time. You will help Domino's be the best in pizza delivery.

Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery

Carrying large cans (3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 lbs each)
Pushing to move trays on dollies
Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder
Stooping/bending at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients
Crouching/squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
Reaching continuously; up, down and forward
Driving within a designated delivery area
Eye-hand coordination is essential
Frequent and/or forceful pinching for cardboard pizza boxes
Ability to grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes
