The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. This role requires the ability to perform basic math, make correct monetary change, and possess strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills. Additionally, the General Manager must have good motor coordination for accurate and rapid movements, be able to enter orders via computer or touch screen, and comprehend written instructions. Communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and co-workers. The role also involves delivering product by car and on foot, distributing flyers, and navigating to customer locations using maps. This includes navigating various terrains and multi-story buildings while carrying product. A key aspect of the role is the ability to lead by example and coach/train new employees. The work conditions are varying.
