About The Position

Domino’s Pizza Team DAKS is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to help ensure the smooth operation of the store. The Assistant Manager works closely with the General Manager and other team members to maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency. This role offers experience and training for people pursuing future leadership positions within the company.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment; food service experience is ideal.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise and train team members, ensure they follow company policies and procedures, and provide feedback and coaching.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage customer complaints and help ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance and achieve goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and manage inventory.
• Assume the role and responsibilities of acting General Manager when the General Manager is absent, ensuring continuity of operations.
