The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They must set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from their crew. This role also involves staffing, paperwork, cost and cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, having transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
