About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team at Anchor at Gulf Harbors, a 388-unit apartment community in New Port Richey, FL. The Assistant Manager will support the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property. Until the property is operational, the role will be based at Regency Palms, a 200-unit apartment community in Port Richey, FL. Requirements

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
