About The Position

We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A. We are looking for energetic leaders for both our Front of House (FOH - Hospitality) and Back of House (BOH - Kitchen) operations. This “hands-on” management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation. Take charge of delivering excellence, driving team performance, and ensuring an unmatched experience for both guests and team members. Please Note: when hired you will train and work for Chick-fil-A Irondequoit (1115 E Ridge Rd, Rochester, NY 14621) until the location in Victor is opened (Spring 2027).

Requirements

Open Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed and work flexible shifts (Required)
1+ years of Leadership experience (Required)
Grit and humility to work hands-on in restaurant operations
Passion for Chick-fil-A's values

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree or pursuing higher education (preferred)
Hospitality experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 10 -20+ in daily operations in either the Front of House or Back of House.
Ensure food safety, quality, speed of service and guest experience are exceptional
Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week-long view of the business
Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards, while creating a positive and high-energy culture
Collaborate with all Restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless operations
Train, develop, coach, provide clear actionable feedback and accountability to team members
Implementing policies and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
