About The Position

The Assistant Manager leads store operations during scheduled shifts and is responsible for cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role includes performing Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver duties, managing a shift team of 3 to 30 employees, and maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards. Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift.
• Manage a team of 3 to 30 employees.
• Control costs, inventory, and cash, and maintain customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
