About The Position

The Assistant Manager will learn the Domino’s Way through a six-week training program covering product preparation, customer delivery, team leadership, and restaurant operations. Further training over the following three to six months may prepare the Assistant Manager to become a General Manager. This is an hourly position with overtime available. The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of the store and is accountable for its people, operations, sales, and profits. The role may require helping at other nearby locations and, for Assistant Managers and General Managers, working at any company location. The position is with a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which independently makes employment decisions.

Requirements

Positive attitude and high energy.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Successful background check.
Eligible to work in the USA.
Currently resides near the store location.
Open availability, including the ability to open and close; weekends are required.
Ability to travel and work at any of the franchisee’s locations.
Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
Desire to grow personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits.
Ensure team safety, training, and a positive culture, and lead by example.
Follow all policies and procedures and expect the same from the crew.
Recruit, train, and manage store employees.
Ensure operating standards are exceeded and health and safety standards are upheld.
Provide high-quality products and customer service.
Maintain a fun and professional work environment.
Open and close the store as needed.
Travel to and work at other locations when required.
