Assistant Managers responsibilities include managing and supporting assigned Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and General Managers. Plant Power takes every step necessary to provide its Team Members an equitable, safe, inclusive work environment.

Requirements

San Diego County Food Handlers certification
Great attitude
Willingness to provide our guests with great food and a great experience.
Possess the highest form of integrity, trust, and reliability
High School diploma or equivalent is required
San Diego County Food Handlers permit
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

Find, train, develop and recognize talent.
Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service and great food.
Adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
Execute systems and processes that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
Shift Management maintain critical standards for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation, and food safety.
Control assigned profit and loss line items.
Ensure all safety and security procedures are executed.
Execute people practices that promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.
Set an example in the areas of professional appearance, attitude, and dependability.
Build a team of top performers by frequent coaching and developing future leaders by providing clear, consistent direction and feedback
Ensure all team members are properly trained, partner with the Training Team as needed.
Ability to work autonomously
Communicate clearly and effectively
Value each Team Member and foster a work culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
