About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during a scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role also performs Customer Services Representative and Delivery Driver duties, while managing a shift team of 3 to 15 employees. The Assistant Manager is expected to provide friendly customer service, prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines, deliver orders safely and courteously, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and meet Domino’s grooming standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Punctuality and a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
• Make products consistently according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Serve as a punctual, positive role model and motivate the team.
