About The Position

This role involves assisting with store operations, including equipment operation, product preparation, order taking, inventory management, and facility cleaning. The position requires strong communication and essential skills, including accurate mathematical calculations, cash handling, and computer/touch screen operation. Navigational skills are necessary for deliveries, which may involve adverse terrain and multi-story buildings. The role also includes various work conditions, such as exposure to different temperatures, fumes, and potential hazards, as well as specific sensing and temperament requirements. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, driving, and hand tasks requiring eye-hand coordination.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Standing for most tasks.
Walking for short distances for short durations.
Sitting for paperwork.
Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Carrying product and supplies.
Pushing to move trays on dollies.
Climbing stairs or ladders infrequently.
Stooping/Bending at the waist.
Crouching/Squatting performed occasionally.
Reaching continuously; up, down and forward.
Eye-hand coordination is essential.
Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
Must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
