About The Position

Domino's is hiring Assistant Managers. This role is for individuals who have a natural inclination to lead and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the franchise location when the General Manager is off duty, overseeing operations and staff productivity during your shift. You will also complete tasks assigned by the General Manager. Assistant Managers are considered General Managers in training and are expected to uphold high standards of performance and professionalism, leading the team as the General Manager would when on duty.
