About The Position

Team Nimbus Domino’s offers a positive and collaborative work environment with growth potential. The Assistant Manager role is part of the GMiT (General Manager in Training) program, which is hiring leaders who pitch in, take pride in their work, have strong people skills, and enjoy teaching and helping others improve. Managers are expected to enforce rules by educating team members about their importance.

The listed hourly rates are $19.00 for Shift Manager, $19.50 for AM1, $20.00 for AM2, $21.00 for AM3, and $22.00 for AM4. Paid sick leave is provided as required by Washington State law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a retail or food service background.
• Be fun, friendly, and comfortable helping others and talking to strangers.
• Be a positive, dependable team player who is punctual.
• Be comfortable making suggestions and pitching in when needed.
• Lead by example.
• Be able to multitask and manage time.
• Communicate effectively in English with a team, verbally and in writing.
• Be able to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Be legally able to operate a motor vehicle in Washington State and have a valid license and legal insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile.
• Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect payments.

• Assist with inventory and cash control.
