We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, engaging with customers, managing merchandise, processing directives, maintaining store appearance, and supporting loss prevention efforts. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in ordering merchandise, handling damaged goods, record keeping, and ensuring the store meets company standards for stocking and organization. A key aspect of the role is protecting company assets and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines. The Assistant Manager will also help supervise, train, and develop store associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Maintaining store cleanliness and performing other duties as assigned are also part of the responsibilities.
