About The Position

The Assistant Manager completes four progressive stages of management training, with opportunities for promotion and increased hourly pay as they develop toward supervising a store. Assistant Managers are responsible for shift operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They may manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift and perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers. The role also includes customer service, order taking, cash-register operation, food preparation, product delivery, restaurant cleanliness, and maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Valid driver's license.
Access to reliable transportation.
Full open availability.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Manage shift operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
Be responsible for store operations during the shift.
Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
