About The Position
R. J. Corman is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Osceola, AR. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and profitable management of switching operations. The Assistant Manager will schedule, coordinate, and supervise personnel, manage materials, tools, and equipment, and step in to perform switching crew duties when needed. They will also take charge as the Operations Manager in their absence, bringing field experience and technical knowledge to the forefront.
Requirements
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
- Deep knowledge of and commitment to safety rules and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
- Ready to work outdoors in any weather conditions and available 24/7/365.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe, efficient, and profitable management of our switching operations.
- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise a talented team of personnel, manage materials, tools, and equipment for daily operations.
- Step in and perform the duties of switching crews when needed, and take charge as the Operations Manager in their absence.
- Bring your field experience and technical knowledge to the forefront.
