Ohel's CORE Services (Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment Services) Program provides mental health treatment and ancillary support to adults ages 21+. The CORE Assistant Manager is responsible for hiring, scheduling, assigning, overseeing, and reviewing work of direct care providers and provides staff training and assistance in development of appropriate treatment goals and interventions. The Assistant Manager also works on planning recreation activities for the clients to receive services in group settings. The Assistant Manager works as member of a multidisciplinary team and facilitates collaboration with other Ohel services.
