About The Position
Be Good Pizza, LLC is hiring leaders for its General Manager in Training (GMiT) program. The Assistant Manager role is suited to someone who takes initiative, works well with people, takes pride in their work, and enjoys teaching and helping others improve. The position includes leadership responsibilities and may progress through the listed Shift Manager, GMiT I, GMiT II, and Associate GM levels. Hourly pay is listed as $19.50 for Shift Manager, $20.50 for GMiT I, $22.00 for GMiT II, and $23.50 for Associate GM. Paid sick leave is provided under Washington State law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old and have a retail or food service background.
- Be friendly, helpful, comfortable talking to strangers, and able to work as part of a team with a positive attitude.
- Be punctual and dependable.
- Be comfortable making suggestions and pitching in when needed.
- Lead by example.
- Be able to multitask and manage time.
- Communicate effectively in English with a team, verbally and in writing.
- Be able to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
- Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Pass a criminal background check.

- Be legally able to operate a motor vehicle in Washington State and have a valid license and insurance.
Responsibilities
