About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports restaurant operations and team leadership, helping create a positive, high-energy environment while maintaining excellent guest service. The role assists with hiring, onboarding, and training team members; supports scheduling, shift planning, and labor efficiency; monitors inventory and orders supplies; and helps control costs. The Assistant Manager also addresses guest concerns, maintains service standards, and keeps the team motivated, informed, and accountable during shifts.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
