The Assistant Manager performs and/or supervises employees in various food preparation and customer service roles, including front line set-up, back line set-up, catering prep, chip & pickle to-go set up. During a shift, they also perform and/or supervise employees in roles such as catering/delivery coordinator, order taker, cashier, chip & pickle to-go, sandwich maker, and delivery driver. The Assistant Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and disciplining both day and night staff, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of their area of responsibility within the operation.
