About The Position
The Assistant Manager role involves the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. On-the-job training includes customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. Customer service skills require the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person. Pizza delivery skills involve the ability to safely drive your own vehicle, navigate roads and maps, and handle adverse terrain and stairs while carrying products. Essential skills include the ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide to make correct monetary change, with the potential use of a calculator.
