About The Position

New store opening in July on West Mason Street in Green Bay! We are looking for a solid Assistant Manager to help us open this store with a bang! Since 1972, Cousins Subs has been serving up better subs and a better place to work. We’re looking for hands-on leaders who are ready to support their team, take ownership, and grow with us. This is a full-time role requiring open availability and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

At least 1 year of management experience
Open availability (weekends, early mornings, late evenings)
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
Dependability and a team-first attitude
Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

Be on the floor 80–90% of the time—making subs, running the line, supporting the team
Open or close the store (bread baking starts as early as 6 AM, closing until 11 PM)
Help manage schedules, inventory, hiring, and training
Step in for the GM when needed
Make sure the store meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
Handle guest complaints professionally
Follow food safety and health code standards
