About The Position

This full-time, entry-level management position offers a direct path to becoming a General Manager (GM) and potentially a franchise owner. Last year, our GMs earned an average of $103,000. We offer competitive pay, health insurance, and paid time off. This role is hands-on and requires the assistant manager to be responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost control, cash control, and customer relations. The assistant manager sets the tone and example for the store and must be consistently engaged.

Requirements

Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people
Can-do attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work
Reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
A great role model - you're the person everyone will look to
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a Florida driver's license
Must have a reliable insured vehicle

Nice To Haves

Fast food/restaurant management experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities
