About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team at Cobia Cove, a 228-unit apartment community in Holiday, FL. Until the property is operational, the Assistant Manager will work at Regency Palms, a 200-unit apartment community in Port Richey, FL. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
