About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the store’s daily operations and service. The role supports the store manager in running the store, maintaining efficient workflows, providing hot and fresh food in a timely manner, and taking care of customers. The Assistant Manager also helps ensure that store operations meet food safety and company standards, and supports marketing initiatives and promotions.

Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Assist the store manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and coordinate team members to support an efficient, smooth workflow.
Train new employees on Domino’s standards, procedures, and customer service.
Monitor inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and Domino’s operational standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly.
Manage cash-handling procedures and reconcile daily sales transactions.
Conduct regular store inspections for cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
