About The Position

This role involves a variety of tasks including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing telephone orders, conducting inventory, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. Training is provided on the job. The position requires strong communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers, both verbally and in writing. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, using a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry, and possessing good motor coordination for precise movements. The work environment includes exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, food odors, dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments needed include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing and walking on various surfaces, with work surfaces generally between 36" and 48". Lifting of bulk product deliveries weighing up to 60 pounds is required, with cases stacked up to 72" high. Carrying large cans and pizza dough trays is also part of the job. Pushing and pulling trays on dollies is necessary. Team members may need to navigate stairs or climb ladders infrequently. Stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting are required for stocking and cleaning. Reaching continuously up, down, and forward is essential for various tasks. Hand tasks require eye-hand coordination and continuous use of hands, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping dough, manipulating tools, and pinching for box assembly. Tools and equipment may include pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Additionally, the role includes delivering product by car to customer doors, distributing marketing materials, and requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle. Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses are essential, as is the ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and various delivery sites while carrying product. Physical demands for delivery include carrying product, driving within a designated area, and walking to and from the vehicle to the customer's location. Climbing up to five or more flights of stairs may be required during deliveries. Work conditions include exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries.

Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
