About The Position
This full-time, entry-level management position offers a direct path to becoming a General Manager and potentially a franchise owner. Last year, our General Managers earned an average of $103,000. We offer competitive pay, health insurance, and paid time off. This role is hands-on and requires the Assistant Manager to be responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost control, cash control, and customer relations. The Assistant Manager sets the tone and example for the store and must be consistently engaged.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team (managing staff of 3 to 30 people during a shift)
- Can-do attitude and motivational skills
- Reliable vehicle that is insured
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years old
Nice To Haves
- Fast food/restaurant management experience strongly preferred
- Florida driver's license (required for training which includes delivery)

Responsibilities
- Lead a team during your shift
- Responsible for all store operations
- Helping walk-in customers
- Operating the cash register
- Making all products quickly and accurately, adhering to all portion sizes and recipes
- Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
