About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for all store operations during a scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role includes performing Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver duties, managing employees, serving customers, preparing and delivering products, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and a professional appearance. Requirements

Experience leading a team.
Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and maintain a clean driving record.
Valid driver's license.
Access to reliable transportation.
Full open availability.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Manage shift operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control and customer relations.
Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
Be responsible for all store operations during the shift.
Greet customers and take orders, including by phone, with a friendly attitude.
Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
