About The Position

The Assistant Manager operates equipment, stocks ingredients, prepares products, takes customer orders, and delivers products to customers by car and to their doors. The role is accountable for food and product accuracy, inventory, labor, employee productivity, and cash handling. Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.
• Clean equipment and the facility continuously.
• Deliver products by car and to customers’ doors.
• Ensure food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
• Ensure labor accountability and employee productivity.
• Handle cash and maintain cash accuracy.
• Coach and train employees in all areas.
• Maintain a clean and professionally run store.
