Key Responsibilities: Operational Support: Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory. Ensure adherence to Starbucks operational policies and standards. Monitor and manage store staffing levels and schedules. Team Leadership: Support hiring, training, and development of partners. Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and partner engagement. Customer Experience: Model excellent customer service and ensure all partners do the same. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. Business Management: Support store manager in achieving sales goals and managing expenses. Analyze store reports and metrics to improve performance. Contribute to local store marketing and community involvement initiatives.
