Subway Assistant Manager We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable people who enjoy working with others and delivering great Guest service. As an Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly each day. Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent Guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership or management experience is preferred for the Assistant Manager position
- Restaurant or sandwich shop experience is a plus-but not required
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, training, and developing associates
- Creating and managing staff schedules
- Assisting with inventory and ordering
- Leading and motivating the team
- Preparing food, including baking fresh bread and cookies
- Making sandwiches to Guest preferences
- Providing exceptional Guest service
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant
