The Assistant Manager role involves a variety of operational duties including the operation of all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, inventory counts, cleaning, and customer service. This role requires the ability to perform general physical demands such as standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching. Team members will receive on-the-job training in customer service, computer programs, and hands-on practice. Essential skills include accurate mathematical calculations for monetary change and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Delivery personnel must be able to safely drive their own vehicle, navigate roads and maps, and handle adverse terrain and stairs while carrying products.
