Responsibilities

• Lead the car wash to success and ensure every vehicle is treated with the highest level of care.
• Innovate and implement new car wash procedures and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain car wash equipment to ensure it runs at peak efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
• Manage a team of skilled car wash technicians.
• Manage inventory and ensure that supplies are stocked and used correctly.
• Manage the finances of the car wash, ensuring adherence to budget and profitability.
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs.
