The Assistant Manager is responsible for serving the community by ensuring the safe transportation of students. They will treat everyone in a professional, respectful and dignified manner while upholding Palmer Bus Service’s core values. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing the daily operations of the terminal site, including routing, scheduling, personnel management, fleet maintenance, and administrative functions. The Assistant Manager will also implement training and safety programs, manage incidents and accidents, and collaborate with school districts, parents, and external agencies to ensure efficient and effective transportation services.
