About The Position
Taco John's has a position open for an Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager. This full-time position supports the General Manager (GM) and is in charge of the restaurant when the GM is not present. Most of our positions have a senior position attached to it. If during the interview process, we feel that you are a better fit for the senior position, we will let you know.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' restaurant management experience preferred
- Food service experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and build a great team
- Must be reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- We do background checks on all new hires.
Responsibilities
- Helps with the daily operations of restaurant
- Aids in the hiring and training a great team
- Manages all areas in front and back of house
- Ensures food quality
- Manages food and labor costs
- Guarantees the team provides great Customer Service
- Maintains exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant, inside and out
