About The Position

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team. This is a top-paying position with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive retirement savings plan, along with medical, dental, and other valuable insurance plans. Employees can earn up to 20 paid time off days per year and will never work on a Sunday or major holiday. The Assistant Manager will supervise service department personnel, review vehicle inspections, present service estimates, secure necessary parts, assist customers, achieve sales objectives, manage parts inventory, drive company and store processes, ensure work quality and integrity, follow established phone processes, and support the manager in all operations.

Requirements

Willing and able to travel to other Flynn's locations in the Region: ex. Carnegie, North Hills, Bellevue, etc.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Knowledge of consumer tire products and services
Understanding of mechanical service needs and guidelines for state inspections, etc.
Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing
